Crane truck viewing

The kids and I found ourselves at the knit shop the other day, not for yarn, but to watch the crane truck at work across the street. Oh how my life has changed in just 5 short years;)!

Flag raising

A kelly tradition is the flag raising with the whole school on the first day and taking it down on the last day of school with a kindergartner and 5th grade student to help. Madelyn had the honor of being the kindergarten rep to raise the flag on the first day of school!

1st day at Kelly School

Miles and Michael dropped big sis of at Kelly school today for Madelyn's first day of kindergarten. Exciting for all, although a little tough on miles as we were driving back into town he was asking for maddie. Nothing a construction site stop couldn't handle.
Madelyn did great and it helps that she knows Kelly school, her teacher Ruth so well, and moms just down the hall!
