Brunch in Kelly

This morning Margot, Maddie and I drove out to Kelly to have a farewell brunch with the Haspelas. So great to have a relaxing (and delicious) morning with them! Like they never left:) Here are some picts of the ladies and the girls, but missing pictures of Kev! I'll catch him on our visit to Hood River in a few days!

A snippet of our day for MK

Michael is in Texas to finish up the last bunch of his appraisal courses, and we are missing him! This little series of clips is just something so that MK can join us in our daily bits... laundry, Madelyn paying the bills, laundry basket travel... the usual Saturday morning.

And, one little picture that captures Madelyn's latest 'face.' It might be related to teething, not sure. She likes to scrunch her nose up and breath out through her nose. Pretty funny!

Back in the Valley!

Kevin, Laura and Hazel are back in the valley for a week-long visit, yahoOOO! So good to see them - looking forward to catching up face to face. I am posting an old picture of the babes together just for reference of how much these two girls have grown in the past 7 months since they were last together!

Finally...

Finally, good pizza has arrived in JH! Sorry to say Dad, it was pretty tasty! Not the best we've ever had, but SO far and above anything else in the valley... A small little hole in the wall right off the main drag. Quarter of a pie = a slice!

We have to admit, we hadn't been to check our PO Box in about a week- so many fun surprises waiting for us there! Thank you! A picture for Uncle Rick and Aunt Betty - Maddie looks stunning in her hat (and diaper)!

Madelyn's b-day party!

Whew, we are all 3 exhausted!! We just came home from a great time at Maddie's SUPER MARCH birthday party - yes, we are 2 days early on Maddie's b-day, but together Madelyn, Grady, Jaden, Mike and Jaden's dad Paul all celebrated in a BIG way! Jean and Jay were good enough to host this baby-fest - so much fun to see these little people growing up so fast! A few pictures of balloons, cupcakes, and general craziness. Don't worry Mom, I already explained to Dad that the "frosting" is just yogurt!:) Seemed to do the trick!

After a great family dance party, Maddie sung a little ditty to Michael for his birthday...who doesn't love grooving to Al Green??!

This week...

well, Madelyn seems to be feeling better after a few days of some 'tummy trouble.' Happy as can be, making lots of squeaks, shrieks, and walking like mad.
