Went on another fantastic "ladie's hike" today with Margot, Jean, and Hatilie today. We headed East to Sleeping Indian and attempted to make it to the "belly." Once we gained a little elevation, we ran into some really COLD and windy weather, graupel, and stunning views of the Gros Ventres and Tetons. What a different world the GV side of the valley is - completely different rock formations and terrain! We turned back just short of the summit - way too windy and cold for this lady to make it up any higher. Hatilie scattered some of Diego's ashes (her beloved dog), and we headed back down to warmer weather.
