A spring like week

We've had everything from snow flurries to bare pavement and long sleeve weather... Here are the wee ones snacking on some dried mango after school (dreaming of the fresh stuff next week!). And here's Madelyn's best movie star impression. Se looks so FIVE!

Happy 5th to Madelyn

You may or may not have ever seen the movie X-men... There is a mutant character who's super power is to absorb surrounding energy and then unleash it in one holy beast of of a storm... It has taken me 5 years to name it, but that is Madelyn's mutant power. With all of the excitement between Mike and Madelyn's birthday weekend, taming the crazy energy was impossible, we just had to roll with it! These powers take time to master.... :)

Madelyn had a great time with friends at her birthday party- pin the gold coin in the pot, play dough, dance party, Grandma Jude's special ice cream cake, and more.

Dr. Seuss

Celebrated Dr. Seuss birthday at the library and also had really warm weather so we played up at Snow King in the afternoon last weekend! Seems to be melting out early in town.
